We strive to provide a website that is usable and accessible to as many people as possible, including individuals who use assistive technologies or have accessibility needs.

1. Our Commitment
Cypress Counseling, LLC is committed to making its website accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or who have disabilities affecting vision, hearing, mobility, cognition, or other aspects of access.
We recognize that website accessibility is an ongoing process. We work to identify and address accessibility barriers as part of website maintenance and content updates and will consider accessibility when making future changes to the site.
2. Current Accessibility Efforts
The website is built and hosted using Wix, which provides accessibility features and tools that may support accessible website use. Cypress Counseling has also made accessibility improvements to the website, including use of accessible labels on the two contact forms and attention to alternative text for images. Wix supports keyboard navigation.
Accessibility remains dependent on the configuration and content of individual pages, images, forms, and other website elements. Most website images have alt text, but newer or recently added content has not yet been fully rechecked. A complete color-contrast review has also not yet been completed.
3. Current Limitations
Cypress Counseling has not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit or verified that every part of the website conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accordingly, the practice does not currently represent that the entire website is fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant or certified.
There are currently no videos on the website, so captions and transcripts are not presently applicable. There are also no PDFs or other downloadable documents currently identified as requiring an accessible-PDF review.
Historical accessibility testing identified issues involving color contrast, alternative text, screen-reader support, and heading structure. Because accessibility improvements have since been made, those historical findings are not necessarily representative of the website's current condition.
